Associate Professor Mario Kušek

Short biography

Mario Kusek is associate professor at Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb, Croatia. He holds an M.S. (2001) and Ph.D. (2005) in electrical engineering, major in telecommunications and informatics, from the same university. His main research interests include distributed systems, software agents in next generation networks, and converged services on mobile terminals. He has coauthored 46 scientific journal and conference papers. He is a program committee member of KES AMSTA 2011. He has participated in scientific projects founded by the Croatian Ministry of Science, Education, and Sports and industrial projects founded by Ericsson Nikola Tesla, Zagreb. He is a member of IEEE and the Chair in the Executive Committee of the IEEE Communications Society – Croatian Chapter. He is also member of KES International and IEEE FIPA (The Foundation for Intelligent Physical Agents).
