KES-AMSTA 2009 Invited Session

Invited Session on
Mobile and Intelligent Agents for Networks and Services

3rd International KES Symposium on Agents
and Multi-agent Systems – Technologies and Applications

     KES-AMSTA 2009
      Uppsala, Sweden
      June 3 - 5, 2009

The scope of this Invited Session is on mobile and intelligent agents applied to current trends in the network (converged network, broadband access, network management, Grid,...), service (multimedia, service provisioning, mobility, QoS, semantic web, e-business,...) and content (publish-subscribe, content delivery and trading,...) domains. The call is addressed to scientists
and engineers from academic or industrial environments who design, develop and implement software agents in different areas and applications. The session is intended to provide the researchers an opportunity to exchange ideas, knowledge, and experience, as well as to discuss current development and explore trends in mobile and intelligent agent and multi-agent systems. Papers that describe methodologies, testbeds, measurements, experiences and solutions in agent design, development, implementation and
deployment in mentioned domains, are invited.

Information for authors

The papers will be reviewed by KES AMSTA International Program Committee. The best submissions will be selected for presentation and will be included in the symposium proceedings. The papers should present original and unpublished research. The symposium proceedings are planned to be published and distributed by Springer-Verlag in series LNCS/LNAI. Submitted papers should be prepared in LNCS/LNAI style and should be limited to 10 pages. All submissions must be sent electronically using the PROSE software review system. A selected number of accepted and personally presented papers will be expanded and revised for possible inclusion in special issues in the several prestigious international journals.
